True i take those pills↑ you can get them at almost any drug store.Take like 2-3 each day and you'll be ready to go.And eat fresh pineapples.do squads and walkk.and have sex!

Evening primrose oil.. look it up. I've heard it almost always works. Especially if your already dialated.

Active labor starts at 5 cm. Id say do squats walk and excercise ball.

Well when I was giving birth they said once you get past four it isa Cm an hour but no telling how long you can be at four  but your  on the way. GL

Bounce yourself on an exercise ball!!

Walk, walk, walk. Try doing as many squats as u can too:) my friend did about 36squats and went into 4hrs later. Good luck
