I'll be 33 weeks Tuesday and I've been experiencing the same thing. A lot of cramping, my vag feels like its being ripped apart and I've lost part of my plug in two separate occasions. I've been getting regular contractions on a nightly basis for the last couple weeks. They always start and end around the same time each night, come about 5-6 mins apart, and gain intensity as they progress. Then they just stop. This is my second pregnancy but my first one was 10 years ago and I had to be induced because of high blood pressure so I never really have experienced going into labor on my own. I just assume what I've been feeling in my body the last week or so is my body starting to prepare itself for labor. It's been uncomfortable but nothing that has made me overly concerned.

You're baby could be sitting on a nerve.  I'm 34w and I experience the same thing daily.  Very normal.  If you feel uneasy about it then I would make a quick call to your doc tomorrow.

No I don't think so.  Just more changes to your body.

If you lost your mucus plug that's nothing to worry about because it regenerates. so no matter how many times it comes out it will continue to grow back.
