early symptoms?

What are the earliest symptoms because I dont seem to be feeling anything out of the ordinary im about 3 weeks along

I had a really nasty metallic taste in my mouth, sore nipples, sore abdomen, fatigue, and cramps before I found out. I was about 4wks then. My first appointment measured me at 5wks 3 days.

I missed my period, my boobs started hurting and I started eating a lot more. Which was weird since I had been in a car accident 4 months ago and my appetite had decreased after that. I calculated it and I'm about 5-6 weeks but I have an appointment Monday to figure b everything out for sure....

Before i even found out i was having weird dreams and my nipples hurt i found out at like 4 weeks too so some signs are there if you know yourself good enough

To me was fatigue and my boobs where sore.

I sneezed from week 2-6 it was funny. Lack of sex. I have a high sex drive and the moment I conceived I stopped having sex. I was very tired as well. I am 7w+5. Hope this helps!!

I didn't have obvious signs till about 6-8 weeks. I found out I was pregnant at 7 weeks. My boobs were getting huge and I missed a period.

Women don't usually have many obvious symptoms so early along, breast changes are common, tender swollen breasts, a missed or abnormal period. Some experience cravings or food aversions and nausea early on, something that I had never read about is stomach soreness, I experienced that before I missed my period. I felt as if I had been doing a lot of ab workouts. With certain movements or stretches I would feel that my insides were really sore probably because of the stretching of the uterus.
