I've not heard of a tube rupturing either at 4 weeks... Usually it's much later. At 4 weeks the fetus is still extremely small.
I had bleeding like my period. I didn't have pelvic pain just slight cramps that usually went along with my period. I just figured that I was passing the rest of my miscarriage from December because I did not bleed after I went to the doctor in December and they said it was a miscarriage. they said they wouldn't have to do a d and c that I could pass it naturally and to wait one cycle. I ended what I thought was my period and the next night is when I woke up with excruciating abdominal pain.
Oh and my numbers were high every single time and doubled as normal. Just like a normal pregnancy. So do not be fooled by a doctor ruling out ectopic based on your beta numbers.
Idk about rupturing at 4 weeks. I have had three ectopic pregnancies and they were all fairly similar. I also had an emergency surgery with one and that was at 8 weeks. They were able to save my tube although it ruptured. 4 weeks is very early and with my ectopic pregnancies I found out they were ectopic by the 6, 7, and 8th week ruptured. Kind of sounds like the doctors were trying to cover their a s s e s if you ask me. Did you have any brown or pink blood come prior to passing out?? Abdominal pain and shoulder pain are also strong indicators of ectopic. I'm so sorry for your loss. I've been there. If you need anyone I'm here :) and don't get discouraged you can still conceive just as soon as you become pregnant you need a proper ultrasound and I demand it when I go to the er. With the right equipment they should be able to see it by the 6th week for sure.
Yes. All of our bodies respond differently to things like that .
i guess i should have said having my tube rupture at 4 weeks?
