eggwhites as a lube???
Has anyone ever heard of and or tried the egg whites theory? Last month i got all excited thinking i was pregnant and then AF arrived 3 days early dag nam AF hag is starting to peeve me off now lol. So im ovulating sometime this week and have been researching into helping sperm survive longer and have a better chance of making it to my egg. Ive come across the egg whites theory, basically using the whites of the egg (raw of course lol) as a lube, apparently many couples have got their BFP this way...what do you all think?

I have heard of this method and there is actually an entire website made all about it. I dont think I would try it personally though. It sounds really messy and yucky. After lots of research I found a lubricant called Pre-seed which is suppose to be the only "sperm friendly" lubricant on the market. I read a lot of good reviews and we bought some last month. It was the best lube ever and didnt have that sticky feeling that lubes usually have. Better yet we got our BFP on the first try after using it. Hope this helps and good luck!!!
I would think that it could actully make you sick raw egg is full of bacteria not a good idea at all
I agree with majikat it's potentially full of salmonella which could not only cause an infection but could actually damage your reproductive organs if it got bad enough.

Haven't heard of using Egg whites, but we were told it's ok to use pure Canola oil. That's what the nurse at the infertility clinic told me.
