Is it possible to love someone your in a relationship with but to not be happy?
I would say yes. Love is wonderful but it is just that, love. Happiness is sometimes something that needs work. If you are pregnant your mind and feelings can feel extreme and detached sometimes. If this is a new feeling then consider that your feelings will bought center everywhere hun. But a relationship needs happiness to thrive, and you need to be happy to be healthy :) talk out your feelings. Xo
