Just pull through!! I had to pump 3 ounces out of each breast before I fed my baby. She wouldn't latch correctly because my breast were so hard so all she would get was nipple. Also whenever she tried to feed my stream was so strong that it would hit her in the back of the throat and she would choke.

Cabbage also causes milk supply to stop. My sister used it because my aunt told her about it to stop breastfeeding since my niece couldn't have any dairy products just be careful

If u get in a hot shower & let the water hit your back first, then you should get some relief, then face forward. Good luck!

Try taking a hot shower,  letting your boobs hang down & using your hands to excrete the milk out & massage. Or take a big bowl of warm water and let your boobs sit in it, then excrete b y hand & massage. This lasted two days for me & that's what I did to help me.

Cabbage relieves the pain. Put it in your bra. It stinks but it works I'm told.

Pumping should help, but if you over pump then you will produce extra milk. The Breast milk comes in by Supply and Demand.

It goes away after the first week. I remember how bad that ***** and I'm dreading it again. Just keep doing what you're doing because it'll hurt worse if you stop.
