exercise ball ?

How exactly should we use it? Like do we just sit on it or bounce on it?  Also what's the outcome of it?  How does it help?  Sorry for all the questions!

I used one with my first starting around 30 weeks (I am now 30+1 and just started using it again). Instead of sitting on the couch I sit on the ball and if I read or eat dinner I sit on it lol even giving my 20month old a bath I will sit on it. With my first pregnancy I was dialated to 2 cm by 34 weeks and 4 cm by 38 weeks and went into labor at 39+5 and had a great 13hr labor. It helps baby get into position and can help you dialate. Occasionally ill bounce on it plus its comfy just to sit on it :)

Bounce on it, some say it helps a lot, you can get the same effect from bouncing on some pillows or your bed :)
