exercise!

Any suggestions on any excersies that I can start doing?  I really want to tone up my legs and butt... I will be 30 weeks tomorrow!

Squats!! Can help for delivery too! Your legs will feel like jello but I would start with 25 a day and add 5 every 3 days. Definitely tones the butt thighs and if you keep your torso straight...that too!!

There's walking, bike riding and pregnancy yoga.  All are safe to do. I've  recently started going on 30 minute walks a few times a week.
