I am so nerves for my body and was wondering if there were any exercises you would recommend daily? Im in college so I do a lot of walking but for some reason my hips have been popping and it hurts so I want to get them active... any ideas ??

As long as your not over eating and eating healthy,  any weight you gain is necessary.  I think your doc is wrong.  Your body knows what it needs for baby.  I say just relax now and don't worry about your weight so much. You can do yoga, squats,  bike riding and walking. Just take it easy when exercising.

Idk know who your doctor is but pregnant woman gain about 40 to 50 pounds during pregnancy which is healthy. 25 pounds Is good because it kind of slows down in your second trimester and picks up rapidly at the end
