exercise

Does anybody still workout while there pregnant and if so what is OK to do??

I walk 4times a week amd lift weights

40 weeks tomorrow! I do cardio for an hour, lift weights, and do yoga!

I do an hour of light cardio 4 times a week and lift light weights.

I try to do 50 min of cross trainer in the gym,  4 times a week. other go for walks outside where you can breathe in the fresh air. also, YouTube has some great home exercises that help during different stages of your pregnancy.

Yes, I'm 32 weeks and I still excersise. It helps with your labor if you keep our legs muscles strong.
