exercise?

Im 24 weeks and before I got pregnant I exercised all the time. (Mostly jogging, squats, crunches) just to stay in shape. I walk occasionally now but would like to start exercising again to help with weight gain and labor! Any one else exercise? I need tips on whats safe and what I should be doing!

I am 27 weeks. Before i got pregnant i was training to compete in a bodybuilding competition. I have been working out my entire pregnancy with the same exercise regimen. Just be sure to do lighter weights and higher reps. Take longer rest in between sets. Stay away from ab workouts,  dont let anything hit your stomach, be careful of lunges ,you can lose ur balance. Squats put too much pressure on ur stomach, try to do other leg workouts, such as leg press ,hamstring curls etc. When you do cardio try to keep ur heart rate below 142.
Good luck

If you were active before, you should be able to continue your usual routine. Just listen to your body if it gets too hard.

My doctor told me I could continue my regular work out routines just don't stress my body with extra weight and don't lay on my back now that i'm in my third trimester. I use to do two a days at the gym and now ive gotten so lazy lol only 2-3 times a week

Yoga is a really good/calming thing during pregnancy. I tried it for a while until I got in my wreck and even walking became complicated, having to wear a boot and walking on crutches was enough exercise for me lol. I didn't start gaining weight till 28-30 weeks, and it was only in my belly.

Start off small, like a 20 min stroll, once a week increase by 10 min until desired length. Squatting,  lunging, etc., is fine.
