exercises in pregnancy

what all exercises shud i start doing at this time-22 wk pog..
previously i had a sedentary lifestyle... wt is 62.5 kg

Hi,
Do yoga.. For that you can check on youtube , yoga for pregnant women.. Those yoga are very good in pregnanncy, it will help you for normal delievery too..

Walking is good start for 15 or 20 minutes a few times a week.  Talk on the phone or talk to someone while walking.  Just as long as you can hold a coversation you are not over doing it.  Good luck.
