extreem stomach pain

Im 36 weeks and get extreem stomach pains at night. Its really hard cramps.and emptying my bladder doesnt work. Turning on my side makes it worst and laying on my back is crippling. Helpppp dr.can never see me. First baby too..help?

I also only get strong severe cramps/ contractions at night its horrible. I haven't really found a relief im sorry :-(.... but at least u know ur not alone!

I've had that off and on too but have discovered that baby's head is dropping down, I think thats what has been causing it...this is my 3rd and I dont think I've ever felt like that before (like a bad muscle cramp round the bottom of the bump?) my midwife didnt seem too concerned and agreed that baby dropping could cause it...

I'm 36wks hd similar cramps try to gt a pillow under ur belly wen u lie on ur side, ur other cramps cud jus b gas drnk plenty of water hppnd to me is similar cramps thn as soon as I go to the loo thn the cramps go away, an keep ur bck warm as well for the pains an aches hope ths helps, its nt gallstones dear lol, I'm goin thru the sme thng its mostly gas so plenty of water dear
