Try acidophilus, it's safe to take while pregnant. I'm prone to yeast/bacterial infections. But I take two of these a day and eat yogurt with some granola in it and it clears it up. I hope this helps
Definitely get checked out by your doctor to make sure it is just a yeast infection and never self diagnose. It is not uncommon to get yeast infections while pregnant due to all the hormonal changes. Warm baths with Epsom salt helps, oregano doterra oil in coconut oil works magically! Vagisil creme works temporarily for burn and itch. I have heard that putting some pure probiotic plain yogurt on a pad will balance PH but i have never tried this. I've had quite a few during my first pregnancy. Rinse with warm water, avoid alot of baths, wash with mild unscented soap. Most soap will unbalance your natural PH balance. Good luck
Drink lots of water . Try to stay away from sugary drinks
My doctor told me it is to early to insert anything but that I could use cortizone 10 and lotrimin on the outside and it has cut down so much on the itching for me .I used both. She also told me to eat Greek yogurt plain.
My last pregnancy I had a bloody uti all the time. Yeast infections that my whole vagina was full of crap!! Cranberrie juice can only help prevent uti etc but u already have it its really pointless.
My doctor told me if I continue to get a uti / yeast then she would give me a pill I take wen I go to bed. And she also told me it could be my husbands penis. Our bodies r extremely sensitive To anything interacting with it. Taking baths wearing thongs. Or even tight pants. Using scented body washed arnt good for u either. :) good luck
Eat yogurt and take probiotics!
Cranberry juice and a fresh towel with every shower
