family vent!! ugh :/

My moms sister is such a *****!!! i cant stand her fat ***!! When i was like 16 years old she started accusing me of sleepin around with my uncle i really dont know why or what i did to make her feel like that. she had always been my favorite aunt untill that day. but ever since then shes told all my family that i did this or that with him which is gross because hes old enough to be my dad!! and i dont even see him like that hes always been there for me but like in a fatherly way, he would even tell me to not worry about her shes just a jealous ***** but im like wtf is she jealous about?? im her niece i dont want her man i have my own man!! But anyway shes been calming down with all that for like the past year, and even more since i got pregnant. so we started being civil wit each other again. i invited her to my baby shower not because i want her there but cus i want my cousins to go and i know she wont let them go if i hadnt invited her. Well she asked if she could have a couple extra invitations so she could invite some of her neighbors which i dont mind, but i told her i didnt have any extra invitations the ones i had all had names on them already. she said oh ok its cool ill buy some and give em out no big deal. well my mom calls her today to ask if she had invited anybody cus we need a count of how many ppl r foing to have enough food. well she says no i havent invited anybody cus yal didnt give me   any invitations, my mom was wtf u said u would buy them. nobody asked her to buy anything i told her i would get her some i just needed to buy more first but then she offered. Then she says that shes probably not gona be able to go to my shower cus she has church that day, but this woman hasnt been to church in years!! all of a sudden she decides to start going on the day of my shower?? Ugh she   pisses me off soo bad i hate her and all her  ******** she needs to grow tf up!! sorry so long juat jad to vent

Yeah, the point is, when someone is baiting someone else, the other person can choose to be entirely uninterested.  It saves energy.  What do you care what someone who is rude and paranoid says and does?

Oh i was, i was so pissed off and hurt. but eventually as the time went by it didnt really bother me anymore, i felt bad for her cus she swore i was always after her man lol. after a while i would just laugh at all the crazy accusations. its just hard not to let her get to me since she talks about me to all my family, and i slowly hear all the comments from everybody else. When she found out i was pregnant she said to my brother "good thing shes pregnant, now hopefully shel quit being such a ****" i was like wow wtf. but whatever. ur right, i need to not let her get to me

I'd be infuriated by the accusations of immorality, but that would be enough for me to write her out of my life entirely.  She certainly is not owed any loyalty from you, not even enough to care about what she says.

Youre right it wouldnt bother me if she didnt come to my shower, it just pisses me off how much bull.sh!t comes out of her mouth.

Frankly, except for accusing you of sleeping with your uncle which is absolutely inexcusable, it sounds like small stuff.  It doesn't seem like it would matter to you if she even came to your shower, so it might be worth it to disengage over who buys invitations and all of that petty stuff.
