I eat out once a week or twice. As long as you incooperatate exercise and healthy eating habits, fast food is fine. We all have our cravings :)
Eating out all the time will cause you to gain alot of unneeded weight that will be very hard to lose once baby comes
1 a week or even once every two weeks is ok . Think about it do u really want the baby to eat all fast food?! Cuz what u eat the baby eats :/ try cooking home get the nutrition you need for your baby fruits vegetables milk fresh juice stuff with iron and calcium is good for you and the baby! Take advantage of giving your baby what she or he needs while she's inside your womb cuz when she or he is born and gets older they might not like certain foods that are nutritious good luck!:) ♡
