Make sure you drink plenty of water and don't skip meal. No super hot shower either. And maybe get one of those shower chair so you can sit down when you feel weak.
Drink water before you go in. Keep the br ventilated and make sure the waters not piping hot
Drink a tall glass of water before you shower, it might help. I have to every time. Doc suggested it with my first pregnancy
Try taking a warm shower I use to have my boyfriend in the shower too I use to feel like I was going to pass out I ended up sitting on the toilet plenty of times
Ya my boyfriend was freaking out the other day when i took a shower with him cuz of how tired i got
Try not to set the water so high, I was the same.way throgh the first semester my boyfriend would have to stand in the shower with me!
Ya i constantly have to open the curtain and the bathroom door to let cool air in lol

I'm the same way. I have to leave the shower curtain almost all the way open and the bathroom door open with the fan on just so I can breath. Lol
i did. the whole first half of my pregnancy i dreaded taking a shower because it made me sooooo tired. but now i love showering because it makes me feel better :) im 29+4. i still get a little tired if i have to take a really long shower like to shave and everything, but that also includes my after shower, belly lotion and hair and everything, routine. It'll go away soon :)
