feeling kinda sad...

I have been feeling really down about myself lately even typing this is making me choke up a little bit... I just feel fat and gross and ugly... I kno hubby works hard and is sleepy but I stay home all day and when he comes home I feel like a lonely puppy looking for attention but he usually falls asleep and I don't get any... I just don't kno what to do to make him more interested in me I'm 30+4 and just can't wait for this pregnancy to be over even tho... I love being pregnant I love this feeling... but after she comes I'm worried it just still wont be the same...

Do you ever try to dress up or do anything that might make your honey look at you twice? Being big and poofy while pregnant isn't an excuse to give up on yourself. You can still look good, chances are the ugly you feel is only something that you see, everyone else sees you as the same person with a baby bump. That's what I've had to realize. Make a date night with your husband and do some fun things together. I do as much as I can with mine because things will be different when the baby comes.

Some men don't usually feel like fathers until the baby is born. Whereas the mother feels like a mom the day she finds out she's pregnant. Men are like a different species lol so don't feel down. Your not fat, your pregnant. It's almost over, stay strong for you & your baby, that's all that really matters right now.

I don't dress any differently now then I did before I was preggers I just look in the mirror and feel disgusted with what I see I used.to weigh 250lbs but just recently got down to my goal weight of 140lbs then bam I got pregnant and I'm just terrified I look just as gross now as I did before I'm worried that because I'm big hubby doesn't want to see me naked he says its just that he's weirded out by the baby being in there... and I'm worried that even after I have the baby he won't be interested and that's how I'm gonna find out how he really feels

I don't think anything is ever the exact same as it was before children. You have more responsibility, you're tired, stress, etc etc. But you're not gross, and you're not fat. A baby isn't fat, and your husband knows this. Have you talked to him about how you feel?

No I haven't talked to him but I was raised in a house with men so I guess I'm more like them in the way I don't talk about or express my feelings I know its baby weight but I still feel worried it won't go away :-(
