first outfit

What on earth am i going to pack for my daughter to wear home in!!!??? My first baby was a boy and that was almost 8 years ago now idk have a clue with my daughter. I am guessing something real soft since she has never worn clothes before. And do i only pack something for her to come hime in? Any one have any suggestions?

My daughter had the sweetest pink dress that had white polka dots. I made her a matching headband and she had the sweetest ralph lauren sandals that were white and tied around the ankles. Only problem was she couldnt wear any of it until 2weeks later. And it was Preemie. I recommend bringing a few different types of outfits cause one might fit better than another.

I got really adorable ivory one piece outfits that are super soft. they have lace and bows on them and i bought headbands to match. Can't wait to meet my baby girls.

Bring more than one outfit. i couldn't make up my mind for the longest time. i finally decided on an outfit and 20 minutes into our drive home from the hospital my little girl had her first "blowout" i had to change her into a pair of pjs i had brought in a parking lot! Lol!

Lol my daughter was in vest and body suit that said I love daddy on the front :-) my son will be in a boy version with I love mummy on the front. Both are summer babies. I didn't give it any more thought then that. Dress them in what ever is comfy and easy - remember clothes will be new to them so expect a lot of screaming if they're uncomfy!! :-) x

My baby girl is wearing yellow tights with a pretty blue,yellow and white printed top with white espidrille shoes and a headband :) she will be changed into comfy clothes once we get home.

I have a dress with coverup and headband bow with little shoes for my daughter to come home in. I live in the south so it will be season appropite. Im due april 20th. Dont forget blanket and paci(if using) and diapers and wipes for ride home. Im also bringing my own bottles because I dont like theirs and another outfit for guest visits in hospital.
