With my daughter who is now five, I lost 30 pounds before I gained any weight. My daughter was born a healthy 8 lbs 8 ounces even though I was sick the whole pregnancy!.. if you are taking Zofran for nausea headaches are one of its side effects.

It is very normal in the first trimester of pregnancy. I was feeling miserable throwing up everything that I ate. I had to go to the E.R. 2 times because I was dehydrated.  I lost like 6 pounds but since I'm feeling better now I gained it back.

Yes normal. Im 28weeks with twins and ive lost 20lbs no weight gain yet. Relax since your just outta your first trimester i wouldnt worry too much:) ask your doc about anti-nausea pills and take tylenol extra strength for headaches.

I was really I'll until about 16 weeks. I lost almost ten pounds. Just make sure to take prenatal vitamins so your baby gets what he/she needs daily. My stomach still cramps up sometimes I'm 31w
