Anyone know any good healthy food to eat ? I think i need to start changing my eating habits lol .
Grilled chicken..sauteed chicken..vegetables that sound good to you . I like sweet peppers..zucchini squash..salads with boiled egg chicken and a flavorful dressing..
Lots of vegetables and fruit low fat milk and whole grains avocado is sooo healthy
