My doctor said to take it out of the freezer and let it unthaw in the refrigerator.

But what I did was went and bought 2 32oz Rubbermaid liquid containers and every night I take about 25oz worth of baggies out and put it in a bowl of warm water to thaw then pour it in the container to use for the whole day then when it has about 1 bottle left in it I thaw out another and put it in the other bottle. Then when he's hungry all I have to do is pour into a bottle and use the bottle warmer. But before pouring into the bottle you have to swirl it because again breastmilk seperates

I use those breastmilk freezer bags. No it doesn't water down but when it thaws some of the important fat is stuck on the bag so you have to swish it around. It can be stored in the freezer for 6 months but once thawed can be in the fridge for 24 hours.

You can also call your midwife or doctor, even if not being seen by them and ask. They should have a bunch of information packets

After it is defrosted I think you have 24hours before it goes bad.

They sell special bags for breast milk that has like a label on it so you can put the date on it. I would use those instead of bottles and remember not to leave it out after defrosting it after an hour it can go bad.

You put the bottle in the freezer and freeze the bottle and with the nipple on it or is there something that can cover it until you put the nipple on when ready and thanks this helps me alot :))

mine was never watered down and yes! please Dont put it in the microwave. I would run hot water in a bowel and let sit in there. I made a mistake of not putting the dates on mine lol so that's good advice!

Breast milk can be stored in the freezer for 6 months. When you take it out put it in a bottle in a pot of hot water, don't put it in the microwave.  & no it shouldn't be watered down.
