Yeah every pregnant woman takes it, unless she doesn't want to but it is important to take.

It's not that bad, just drink, wait an hour and then they draw blood. If your sugar level was too high you'll have to re take it & wait three hours.

It's like syrup, but it tastes like orange soda, I never got to pick my flavor so I drank orange, I hate soda but that's how it tasted. It was very good, but they make you drink it fast so it makes your tummy sore, you can't walk, or drink that much water they say it messes with your test. Well that's what they do here idk about where your from

U don't have to but it's for ur health and mostly for the health of ur baby I had it with my first daughter and she was born with pulmonary hypertension (baby high blood pressure) due to the gd and they found out while I still could plan to have a sick baby she was in the nicu for 11 days and stayed on oxygen for a month!  She's almost 4 now and ready to be a big sis! I've passed my 1hr this time but I will take it 2-3 more times to make sure baby #2 is ok! I'd rather take the 1hr then risk my baby's health!  But a friend of mine refused any test I didn't know u could but she did!  It's all up to the mommy!

Yes..its to make sure you don't have gestational  diabetes its taken at 28 weeks. If you have gestational  diabetes the baby tend to grow bigger then they should've that's what I heard.

You don't have to. It's recommended but you can refuse. There is really no reason to refuse it though.

Yeah, it usually happens at 20 something weeks I forget. So long ago. Some say the drink is nasty, but I liked it. It's super sweet, and it made my tummy hurt bad.
