gobble gobble!
Who else can't seem to slow down when eating?Every time i eat i seem to gobble down my food as if I've been starving or like someones going to take my food away. My bf tells me slow down but i just can't, i don't know how to slow down lol then i feel all huge and stuffed afterwards-.-
Lol bump. I noticed it too well my bf did at first he was like slow down, but it's so good and I just don't know how to eat slow.. I feel like my food will get cold/: or like I'm taking way too long..
You know I never realized that I was doing that until I read this lol. That's so crazy... I guess I do rush my food down like its going to disappear... I wonder why.
