growth restriction

Whelp it's official at 37+1 they have finally told me what I've suspected for awhile my baby has a growth restriction :( my fundal height hasn't changed since I was 34 weeks leaving her measuring at 32 weeks we have.set a date.for my induction I will be having my baby on February 6th. I also have a scan nxt week to see how developed her lungs and other organs are. I just want my baby out now I feel like she's no longer safe and would be better off out than in she's not getting what she needs from me anymore. My last ultrasound her est weight was 4.8 pounds I hope she's at least put on another pound. I'm scared worried heart broken and peed off she's been measuring off since 27 weeks I feel like we found out to late and now its to late to do anything :(

Idk wat its like to go thru wat u are experiencing but think postive for u & her she will be ok even if she does come a lil early she just ready to show mommy that beautiful face

I agree momma. Sry your going thru that i know its tough i went thru the same thing the last month n half of my pregnancy. They said lo was not growing i was measuring tiny n so was he i had to have nst n weekly growth scans it was depressing i felt i did something wrong. I din understand because i was so big n gained over 30lbs. 2days before i gave birth they said he would b 5lbs or smaller slight chance of 6 from watt u/s measurements well he came out 8lbs 3oz. I hope your lil one can put some weight on momma u both are in my prayers good luck.

It'll be ok hun :) my daughter had growth restriction in utero too, she was born 6lbs 10oz at 39 weeks and was perfectly healthy :) she's now a bubbly 6 year old who is in the 95th percentile for height and 75th for weight. You're doing the best that you can so try not to worry or be hard on yourself!

Not that it matters the way this site has been lately I'd get more support if I was a drug addict or my boyfriend treated me like shyt it's sad this forum isn't even about babies anymore
