gums

My gums are super sensative and bleed everytime i brush my teeth or bite into something hard. Ive switched my toothbrush to one with softer bristles but it hasnt helped. Is there anything else other ladies are doing to help?

If you can, go to the dentist that's what I did for the same thing. They gave me a paste to use that helped alot, also if you can get a mouth guard and sleep with it. Ever since I've used both, I haven't had the problem at all

Also get a pro cleaning at the dentist at 20 weeks and floss more often its all normal and due to prego hormones but u are much more likely to get teeth problems while prego keep that mouth real clean

You may have 'pregnancy gingivitis'. It's a sort of gum disease you can get while pregnant but will go away after you've had your baby. I have it and it's.caused.by my teeth and gums being.super sensitive during pregnancy. y. I get bleeding in my gums every day when I brush my teeth and I don't know anything to help it x

Im still in the middle of switching insuramce so im gonna have to wait to see a dentist. Im already 28 weeks pregnant and it just keeps getting worse like everything makes them sore or bleed >.< hopefully it goes away after i have the baby
