I was told that getting a perm is safe 2 do while pregnant. I'm 21 weeks & 4 days, & permed my hair three days ago. My hair took with no problem, the chemicals wasnt 2 strong & I have no problems with my pregnancy. I was told by my doctor nothing would happen 2 my baby one she she is born

I think it's okay early in pregnancy(13 weeks)  because I was tryna stay natural but my hair is really puffy and I couldn't deal . My hair took well but everyone is different.  Im 17 weeks now and I plan to get maybe just one  more and then I'm done

I've gotten 2. First one when I was about 6 weeks and the next about 17 weeks and they took like normal and my baby's fine

I would NOT get a perm or any chemical treatment on ur hair while pregnant besides hair color in a well ventilated room. Your hair will react differently to a perm or relaxer while pregnant an you prob wont get the results you were wanting.
