Im craving a ham sandwich! I hear that yes you can eat it and no you can't. With my son I did eat cold meats what do you lasts think?

I eat it but I at least pop it in the microwave for about 30 secs. I even did that before pregnancy.

Im very picky when it comes to meat and only get boars head sliced at my publix deli.
I have eaten it with all my pregnancys my dr said it would not cause harm.

I couldn't imagine being cut off lol i crave turkey sandwiches!

Sorry let me make my post more clear, I personally eat It uncooked all the time and my baby boy Is fine.

Technically, your "not supposed to" due to Listeria unless you heat It or cook It to where the meat sizzles to kill off the potential bacteria . But, I personally eat sandwiches all the time and my baby boy Is fine.

I eat it. I hear so many mixed things. But im almost 15w and still really sick so i just eat whatever i can. Some doctors say heat it up and some dont. Maybe if you buy a more expensive meat it would be better. I dont know. Lol

I was told you have to cook the meat but I don't really think its that important. I haven't eaten one my self but that's cause I can't eat meat since I've been pregnant I wish I could tho sounds good! But my cousin would all the time and her son is very healthy its just a precaution
