I had headaches almost the whole time I was pregnant :/. It's normal. But Just be sure to drink a lot of water and at least have snacks like yogurt or a granola bar or somthing.
That's how I was at first a lot and kinda till this day too. Drink plenty of water and have some juice too and eat some fruit or granola bars just a little something for the baby to eat. When I was like you I forced myself to eat something for the baby
High protein snacks, avoid sugar, drink lots of water, and get good sleep. If none of that works then it's just your body dealing with the increased blood volume and there's not much you can do.
