What do you guys do when you have a headache

You can take Tylenol (NOT Advil or ibuprofen), try lying down, drinking water, placing a cool face clothe on your forehead. Unfortunately there's not much you can do otherwise, headaches are pretty common, especially earlier in your pregnancy

It's normal to experience headaches but I would mention it to your dr if it becomes constant or migraine like, or if taking 2 Tylenol doesn't help.

Make sure to stay hydrated that's a big help

Eat cucumbers it works so good and or soap your hands and feet in warm water and bend over and put frozen veggies on your back for 15 mins
