heavy bleeding... miscarriage?

This is my 2nd period since the csection and its very heavy, like filling a pad every 1-2 hrs. Is this normal? Its been like this for 2 days now. Should I call the doc? Could it be a miscarriage?

If you are really concerned I would go to the ER.  When I was miscarrying I had gone thourgh 4 super tampons (thinking I was on my period) in 4 hours and had massive cramping.  I also bled through the tampon throughout the night (I went to the ER the next morning).  You know your body and if something isn't right then I would call your doctor or just go to the ER.

I don't think I'm pregnant but I've never had this much bleeding so I thought maybe I got pregnant right after having the baby and now I am miscarrying.

I dont know why I'm bleeding soooo much. I feel faint and weak from the loss of blood. I called the doc but no one will return my calls

I am a little confused..

You said this is your 2nd cycle since you had your daughter, but then said miscarraige? Are you positive you are pregnant or no?
