Im 5'3" and i gave birth naturally to an 8 lbs. Baby.. And this time, my little boy might be big again
Im 5 feet and had me son naturally (:
I just wrote this on another thread. My sister is 4 foot 11 and had two children naturally and one via c section as that baby was breech. your internal bone structure may not match your height. Try not to worry. peace
I am 4'10 and I have two boys gave birth to them both vaginally and both were natural. This is my third pregnancy and i will be having vaginal birth as well for this pregnancy. I doubt height matters though
I know someone that's 4"10' and gave birth to 5 kids vaginally so idk what your dr is talking about.. She was less than 100 pounds and all her kids were over 8 pounds!!
I'm 4'10 and gave birth to my son vaginally.
I'm 4'11 and gave birth to my daughter naturally on Halloween , of course I got the epidural and baby girl is tiny , she weighs 5lb 1 oz and is 18in
I'm 5' even and I had my daughter vaginall w/o an epidural.
My mom is 4'11" and gave birth vaginally to three kids.
I'm 5 even and at my pap they told me that I'llmost likely deliver natural...even tho I kinda wanted a c section
Wonderinq same thinq im 4'11 & started my pregnancy weiqhinq 97 with a Petite body my 1st doctor didnt even wana qive me a option of natural birth so i switched n now my 2nd ob is way more better hes willinq to let me try if the baby isnt to biq so he says he will be small i can do it buh if hes biq ima need a csection
Dr. Will say how tall u r matters but it really doesn't. Your body know how and what to do to accommodate the birth of your child. It you give birth on your back then yes could be some issues. If you move and birth how u feel your body is telling you, no big deal. I am 5'3 had an almost 9lbs baby. Gave birth on all fours. If I was on my back, yes she might have been stuck.
I'm 5'2 but the Dr. said am 5'0 but my first daughter I had vaginal and my daughter was 20in and 6 pounds and 9oz so I don't see why you can push
I'm 4'8 and my dr. Hasn't told me anything about c-section. I think you should have the choice on what you want
Well height does kind of matter bc usually if your shorter your going to have a smaller pelvis. I am 4'10 and have a small pelvis. My son was 8.6 and I tried to give birth to him naturally but I was induced and failed to progress past 8 cm. They swear he was too big anyways but regardless I am trying a vbac with my second. My ob swears I can do it :-) im terrified of tearing. She thinks my daughter is going to be at least as big as he was so that's not comforting. My mother have birth 100% to my baby brother who was 10.3 but she's 5'3 and has wide hips so she had no trouble with him. I was an emergency cesarean so he was vbac.
Im 4ft 10..and they never said a thing about me having a c section till they found out hez breach
..but if he turnz I will b able 2 have him vaginally...
Height has nothing to do with if you have a natural birth or not -.- if your dr said that to you i would switch drs
My sister is 4'9 & she had her baby vaginally with no problems at all.
I'm 4'10 and my doctor is doing ac section
Im 5'1 and gave birth to my daughter vaginally not naturally. I did get the epidural. But ob tells me i make small babies lo she weight 5.6 lbs and this second im also going vaginal birth but my baby is small as well :)
Snookie is like 4' 9" and she gave birth vaginally. My mom was 5'2" and had me vaginally and I was 10.13lbs
