help !

I've been having these really bad headaches can i take some advil that wouldnt be harmful would it

Also talk to your doc about those headache. It could be linked to high blood pressure.

I would not take more in or Advil without consulting your Dr. Some drs are okay with it under certain circumstances, while others are dead set against it... Until you speak with your Dr just stick with Tylenol

I just take a warm bath n try to eat sit in the dark cold air n eat some grapes

Tylenol is recommended but my dr lets me take motrin until 27 weeks because I can't take Tylenol

Put a hot towel over you face or cold. I use hot but some people say cold. I wet a wash cloth out it in the microwave for 35 seconds or so and lay it on my face and it's instant releif.
