help :(

I am 11 weeks and 2 days pregnant ever since i turned 5weeks i haven't stopped throwing up its an everyday thing and im so hungry but i can't keep anything down I throw up at least 3 times a day i feel like my baby and i aren't getting enough nutrition:(

Thank you girls so much! I literally cant keep anything down everything makes me so sick my doctor also gave me meds & i throw them up just like i throw up my prenatal:"(

i was the same, mine lasted 4 months, try plain food, but you should try everything because for some reason, i was able to eat subway. Lol ...anyways try everything, and as long as you keep your prenatals down youll be fine, i would take my prenatals at night so it was easier to keep them down, ....i hope it gets better soon!

Same thing happened to me and i stayed sick until i was 5 months. I couldnt keep down anything but ice. However my doctor said it was normal and to just eat when and what i could she also gave me nausea meds to help which didn't do much for me but it was very difficult to overcome but it will get better.

That's normal, your baby is still getting it's nutrients. U just need to find out what you can keep down and can't. I couldn't keep down fried food
