help!

I am 36 weeks pregnant and today I found out that my placenta is aging and it worries me because I have had family members that had the same problem and had still births I want to be induced But don't know if I can dose anyone know if you can or can't?

Yes it was confirmed today by ultrasound

Definitely let your doctor know the family history. Even though you have an appointment Thursday, I'm sure you could call tomorrow and ask some questions to help ease your mind

How do you know your placenta is aging? Is it with your doctor?

Not yet I have an appointment Thursday am just worried and can't stop thinking about it

Did your doctor voice a concern with this? If she said there was a risk she might of suggested something.and if not I'd mention that to her. If she fold you that you had an aging placenta and she doesn't think its a risk I would for sure mention to her your families history with the same problem and how they had stillborns.
