help dialating..
Hi, im 37weeks i was told on monday im 1cm i been having contractions but nothing serious i need help to dialate or break my waters ive been trying everything i can think off, please give me some advice..
I was 1 and half centimeters dialated at 40+5 weeks and i tried absoultely everything from 37 weeks and on to dialate more. I started labor at 2am still 1 & 1/2 dialated and 18 hours later i was 10 centimeters. The baby will come when it feels its ready..
