help! don't want to be induced!!

So my due date was the 7th I'm 3 days over now. I am not dilated at all. They attempted a membrane sweep because I was a little softened. I ended up losing a little of my mucus plug but not the whole thing. They said on Tuesday they will most likely induce me. I am really trying for a natural birth! Please tell me there are other ways to get this labor started I'm avoiding all interventions as best as I can!

you can say no wait till ur 42 weeks ur baby was made to conform to ur body and will come on their own time I can't believe they wont give u ur full time. look up way to naturally expell oxytocin it is the hormone that kicks starts labor if ur baby is not ready relax just walk and dance be happy to get your cervix thinned out.

Eat a whole fresh pineapple. The whole thing!  It made me go into labor. Hopefully works for you too. I went from barely 2cm dilated to 9 within 4 - 5 hours.

If you don't want to be induced tell them no. You don't have to do anything you don't want to.
