Im 9 weeks pregnant and I have to go on a plane in like two weeks ive been putting it off I have extreme fear of flying and since being pregnant my anxiety is alot worse and ive been feeling very claustrophobic in buses and cars. I don't take medication for anxiety even tho I probably should but I am wondering is it possible to get something while pregnant to relax me something that wont harm baby I would normally have wine on flight but I am not drinking during pregnancy.

Normally flying during pregnancy is safe except in your last trimester where a lot of companies will make you bring a note from a dr, but Bc of your fear of flying and your anxiety i am very unsure if its ok.
You have to call your dr and ask.
Especially if your not taking anxiety medicine

Make sure your doctor knows that you are going to be flying, first and foremost. He/she will be able to give you the best possible advice for your situation.
