I dont do yoga but i assume that will help also . And ooh yeah bananas help alot . And kiwis too .
Walking , stretching and while you are getting the cramp strech your legs and massage the area even if it hurts to stretch it while its happening stretching it will make it go away faster . I used to get then bad in my calves so bad i woke up and let out a scream once or twice cuz it hurt so bad but i discovered stretching my leg out really helped i dont even get them anymore :)
Try having a banana before going to bed. It really works for me.
