Ya dont go there yet, there is a huge difference between 5 and 10 weeks... like i said at 5 weeks they cant see much... the heartbeat isnt visible till the 6-7th week...

The rhogam shot is fine, its given when the moms blood type might not agree with the babies due to Rh incompatibility... but it is to prevent it, it just means your blood type is Rh negative... they can tell this from you prenatal blood work up...

as of 5 weeks its hard to see much more than the sac so dont worry about that...

The reason why the Dr is concerned is due to the bleeding itself... Is your bleeding heavy with clots? or are you cramping a lot? if not just take it easy till your next appointment... bleeding in the first trimester is common but if its severe it is more serious... i know its hard to do but you need to remain calm and take it easy... limit your activity and drink lots of water... good luck...
