What these things are, are supplement to help your body get into the right "shape"for pregnancy from the inside, if you decide to take them they will take about a month or so to get into your system, you also need to make sure your diet is good, cutting down on highly processed food, and eating more fruit, vege and lean meats, cutting down on your alcohol intake and caffine is also reccomended. I would suggest using ovulation sticks if you are'nt already, you can buy these off the internet and they seem to work just as well, generally speaking as long as there is nothing wrong, its all about the timing, although there is nothing wrong with giving your body aboit of help, ie the fert vitamins, also getting on pre conception vitamins is a good idea, or at the least start taking folic acid tablet.. I take royal jelly tablet, and evening prmrose tablets as well, but if your taking the latter to help concieve, you stop taking it after ovulation so you have to be aware of when you are ovulating either by the sticks, checking your c/mucus and charting your temp, or a combination of the 3
