okay im 11 weeks and my bottom right wisdom tooth is coming in and my cheek is swollen and it hurts really really bad doc says I can't have them extracted until the many is here becauseof the anesthetics and dentist says he can't perform anything I  me unless I have an okay signed paper from my doctor my question is what can I do to ease the pain doc said Tylenol but husband doesn't want me to take any type of medication cause he doesn't want me to put the baby at risk what can I do help please

Is it like growing to where it is rubbing your jaw? If so i know that ALL too well and with braces it's even worse lol i hated braces I'm surprised your ortho doctor hasn't told you about it, but there is this wax you can put on your tooth/braces to keep them from rubbing your jaw i always had a problem with my braces catching little bits of my jaw hurt like crap! But yeah i also used it for when my wisdom teeth came in just dont swallow it make sure you take it off before you eat or somethin. I'm almost positive you can get it at walmart if you cant find it there maybe ask your ortho about it!

But if your cheek is swollen, that means infection, and cause cause major issues, for you and your pregnancy, you need to get a note from your doctor and a round of antibiotics at least, to take care of the infection!

Tylenol is perfectly fine, my wisdom teeth are coming in too, it's terrible! :(

This stuff has peroxide in it and it kills the infection and gets rid of the pain. Tylenol will help but it's not going to make it all better

well Doc said I can take Tylenol only, I'm brushing my teeth and back there too as good as I can cause I have braces and I have to take reallygood care of them. I use crest 3D white tooth paste and scope as mouthwash. I don't know if that's good enough?  But my cheek it is swollen looks like i got hit by Mike Tyson lol

If it's swollen then it might be infected so get this stuff asap it works miracles

Go to the grocery store or walmart or anywhere that sells mouthwash. Colgate and a few other brands make a mouthwash with peroxyl in it. That stuff is amazing and works right away. Trust me! Feel better!! Let me know how ya feel

Tylenol is actually the most recommended pain relieving medicine while pregnant. You'll be fine. Drs wouldn't recommend it if it weren't safe for you or baby. I have my top right wisdom tooth coming in and when I get pain (not often) I take two tylenol and feel great after half hour or less
