More fiber, either by food or supplements. Over the counter creams & wipes help a lot! I bought the wipes & didn't look at the ingredients ... Which hazel is the main ingredient, which I already had at the house. Oh and stool softeners help.
you can look up apple cider vinegar i've heard it works. my doctor okay'd me to have apple cider vinegar during pregnancy. it supposedly works on varicose veins too! hope you are feeling better soon
Change your diet like add more fiber and stuff to keep you regular, that way your not constantly pushing so hard. It worked for me.
I use tucks med. There amazing. I hold them on there like 5 min. And wow. The ichy, pain is gone... Good luck.
Cream or leave them... I left mine and they just went then they came back and i told my midwife and she gave me some cream
I had two ops on my backside b4 I ever fell pregnant. Botox and lachybands. They returned my first pregnancy my poor boyfriend had to insert cream into my butt. Doc also told me to get a rubber glove fill it with water and freeze it, sumhow use the frozen fingers to ease the pain. Unfortunalty with out creams or antibiotics theyl stay until maybe after youv had yr baby. Mine went back inside after giving birth.
my dr told me to hold a browning potato against them for ten minutes twice daily when i was pregnant
My godsister had it. Her dr prescribed pills for her. Also he said she could buy some cream over the counter. But u should really ask ur dr.
