high heels

There's a old wives tale that say you can't use high heels because it damages the babies head . My family is having a new years party & I want to look nice since I feel its been soooo long since I've actually gotten ready. Are high heels actually bad for pregnancy?

You can wear heals. Just be careful not to fall or twist an ankle.

I have never heard that and have worn heels plenty of times throughout my pregnancy and baby is fine, he is in position and ready to go. So I say go to your party and look cute but definitely be sure not to fall or get hurt.

You can if its comfortable, it kills my feet to wear them for an hour, and my feet are a bit swollen already so I don't even try. But if you can I say do it, just be careful like those ladies said. Don't fall or twist your ankle!

You know what I think of when I think of pregnancy and high heels is Jessica Simpson or Kim Kardashian. They both wore high heels during pregnancy especially Jessica. I would say go for it, just be very careful not to fall.

Thankfully my feet have yet to have gotten swollen, I'm about to be 31 weeks and no swollen feet yet! :) but I'll be sure to take sandals just in case of anything. Thanks girls:)

& kim kardashian was the one who came into my mind lol
