I'm also high risk (due to an auto immune disorder). I've been seen every 4 weeks on the dot since my first visit and at 26 weeks went to visits every two weeks. Weekly visits will start normally for my situation (around 36 weeks) unless some more urgent issues start arising.

Mine was because of high blood pressure.  Ended up having emergency c section due to ruptured placenta at 36 weeks. Luckily this pregnancy is going well.

I was seen twice a week, one ultrasound a week and one dr visit a couple days after. And that started happening right away.

I went in every two to three weeks until 28 weeks and now I am every two weeks. Also get an ultrasound at the hospital every four weeks since 20 weeks. I am high risk because birth control with estrogen gives me high blood pressure so with extra estrogen  from pregnancy the want to make sure I dont get preeclampsia

Many different reasons to be high risk:  twins,  history of preterm labor, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, heart conditions and other diseases.

Yes. Im high risk and see my doctor every 2 wks and I also get an ultrasound every 2wks at the hospital. I scheduled both appointments the same day to limit my traveling days.

In the later stages of pregnancy yes. They normally get u in every 2 or 3 weeks at first and you may have extra tests n ultrasounds. But as yiu get closer to due date they will get you in more often
