Its not natural but gavason works amazing and its completely safe for the baby and the heart burn is gone in like five minutes and says gone for hours

Pickle juice, a little baking soda in some water, seltzer water, ginger or ginger ale, saltines, 2tbsp apple cider vinegar in water. I have used all of those before. Some work better than others, but I hope you find some relief soon.

Milk helps cool the burning and sitting up right. Mine gets so bad it wakes me up and these have helped!

Baking soda in water.it it's nasty but it works and FAST!
