hospital outfit?

I am a first time mom due next month with a sweet baby girl:) I am currently getting her bag and my bag ready for the big day. But it occurred to me...I have absolutely no idea what you wear while in the hospital!! Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I'm taking for me,,a couple of black leggings,, some of my period day undies,,a small blanket and pillow,, some loose shirts and a sports bra. And for baby since his bag is the diaper bag i already have some diapers and wipes, but I'm taking him 2 outfits (i live in Texas and you never know what the weather will do) so i have 1 more warm outfit and one summer outfit, some socks, and a swaddle thing:) and for hubby I'm taking boxers, sweats, shirts, and socks for both of us..i don't to much like slippers so I'm taking black socks to walk the halls

I'll be taking my own panties, pads, loose pajamas, towel, wash cloth, dove wash, deodorant and change of bras.. My breast didn't leak during the twin pregnancy.. And I'll be 31 weeks tomorrow and no leaks!!

The panties they give you is the only thing that will hold the boat of a pad they give you. Lol.

I'm due next month as well (the 20th) and for me I have packed a pair of pjs bottoms and just a regular tshirt. I'm getting me a pack of cheap underwear and just a pair of maternity jeans and a tshirt to come home in. I hate hospital gowns because they are open in the back and I plan on having lots of guests and don't want them seeing my stuff. Lol.

Third time around I plan on packing lightly like I did for the second. I prefer the hospital gowns because accidents happen and I would prefer not to mess my things up.  They also have those convenient snaps which makes breastfeeding a breeze! I'll pack nursing bras and my favorite Johnson's nursing pads. The gowns won't win me anything fashion awards but they aren't bad and serve their purpose. I also use those horrible net things they call panties. But maybe this time I might invest in some cheap panties that I won't mind trashing if they get ruined.

With my son I wore the hospital gowns the two days I was there (I asked for a clean one after my shower each day)...with breastfeeding and the nurses checking my girl parts every few hours it was just easier. This time I am due in june and plan on taking a few simple maxi dresses and maybe 2 sets of loose pjs that will be easy to pull down and that I can also unbutton a few buttons to breastfeed.
