hot pools
Hey ladies I'm 23 weeks pregnant and wanna no if it ok to swim in hot pools (eg)hanmer springs?
Thanks mostly appreciated as my midwife said nothing about hot water in hot pools baths or shower temps
Its not safe because it will raise ur temperature and heart rate and that can hurt baby
yeah its all about the water tempature. i know ur not supposed to take too hot showers or baths. so im gunna guess thats a no go. but id ask just in case!
