housing problems

I'm on welfare, I live with my parents but they have been telling me faul things to me. I have a 2 month old son. I have been dealing with this since my son was born. I thought I could handle with the things they say to me, that I'm worthless in the world. Who do I contact to see if I qualify for a low income apartment? Please help

Unfortunantly the low income housing assistance applications only open maybe once a year. The wait list for California is two years because California has exhausted the funds available you can call and put your name on the list. They might be able to put you with a room mate. That what I was told when I tried to apply.

I understand but it really hurts when it comes from your own parents. I never had a good relationship with them at all because they don't let me be me if you understand. They are always comparing me to my cousins and how they wish I was like them.

Applying for low income housing should be much quicker , contact the people you went to sign up for assistance and see what they say. Bevause I know they offer a lot of different types of housing

They are closed in the weekends even the welfare office

Were do you live? You can ask the welfare office or google public housing assistance...
